We sip on our frozen daiquiris while we compare what it's like to serve on both coasts - Regi also talks to us about what it was like to move from high volume bartender into a management position. Was this the death of her career? Or was this an opportunity to hone her skills in even more? How does she keep everyone happy (or is that even possible)?
